Beginning with a 30 back massage applying light to medium pressure. The benefits - relaxation, pain relief, stress relief, enhances flexibility & mobility, increased energy & mental positivity. A specific blend of essential oils is individually blended for your needs at the time. This is followed by a 60 minute  therapeutic Aromatherapy facial - relax & unwind with this nurturing facial which starts with a soothing scalp massage, dry skin brushing, compressing and  includes cleansing, exfoliating scrub, clay mask, organic facial toner and aromatherapy facial massage . All products used are my own  handmade products,  along with organic floral waters.  But, WAIT there's more - while the clay mask is drying receive a relaxing foot or hand massage.  And then to  finish off  treatment I use one of my facial moisturising creams specially for your skin type and a Jade roller to awaken the skin.
